That first one looks like he's about to punch the photographer. It could also be that he's punching his fist in the air and saying "Yes!" to himself over some accomplishment.
Oh so cute! I love the first one! Nice composition to complement the beautiful boy.
My personal favorite is the middle one. Look at that awesome face he's pulling! Man, you've got a cute little man there.
