My only suggestion would be to paint over the colored walls. It looks great and matches the room perfectly, but for some reason, people have a really hard time with it. They can only think of how their kids Tinkerbell bedding will clash with the walls - not how easy it would be to paint them any color they want.
Good luck! I hope you are able to sell it quickly. This market is tough, but things do sell - especially when they are as beautiful as your home is
