It all started with a five dollar bagel sandwich last summer. But that's a bit of a story, so I'll have to save it for when I have some time. But that five dollar bagel sandwich led me to these books (and the blogs in the blogroll to the right) that have entirely changed everything I thought I knew about food and nutrition. And I'm thinking this is only the beginning.
